Our experienced kitchen crew ensures that all our guests are served delicious food. Lars and Jens are our heroes at the hobs and conjure up an absolute feast from virtually any ingredient.

You can regularly watch our chefs at work – in our open kitchen, our kitchen crew demonstrate how to transform sea bass, lobster and friends into utterly delicious delicacies. There is always plenty of stirring and chopping, as well as a little wizardry, going on here.
